The Unity in Diversity Conference will be held in conjunction with the annual Cultural Fest. During 5 fun-filled days of dance, food, music, arts, workshops and sports Cultural Fest brings the Townsville region to life with festivities. Join us in 2011 from the 17th - 21nd of August for 5 days of food, fun and friendship in this family event showcasing the talents of Australia's most exciting music and dance entertainers. Cultural Fest's theme of 'Unity in Diversity' brings together people from all walks of life in the spirit of fun and friendship giving the festival a magical feeling. In 2010 Cultural Fest attracted an audience of over 80,000 and involved over 450 cultural and community groups, schools, businesses, NGOs and government organisations. The Townsville City Council together with Cultural Fest organisers and the Townsville Intercultural Centre, welcome you to enjoy Cultural Fest 2011. There's no better place to be!
